so, i was checking out The Pioneer Woman's blog today and she had a link to List of the Day blog. back in September they posted a blog entry titled "Great Olan Mills photos". evidently they had swiped a photo of the Pioneer Woman from the 70's and used it. i followed the link and proceeded to lose myself in laughter as i looked through a lot of bad hair, bad outfits and really cheesy photo effects. just as the tears were really starting to flow i was suddenly so shocked that my mouth fell open and my laughter stopped in mid-guffaw. i was looking at one of my family photos from 1974 when i was 1 year old! thankfully they only cracked fun at leisure suits (which my dad was wearing) and didn't refer to us as the ugly family or something. goodness, was i shocked! i guess this List of the Day blog swiped the photo from my flickr account, even though it wasn't licensed for blogging. oh well. just goes to show you- don't put anything on the internet that you wouldn't mind being spread out on the world wide intraweb.
